She also holds a Mediation Practitioner’s Certificate. She has over fifteen years of senior management experience, which included both strategic and operational human resources management. She is, therefore, both well qualified academically and a very experienced practitioner who understand the needs and problems that can arise in the workplace and has the knowledge and skills to advise, support and address needs and issues. Margaret also has a broad range of experience of writing and delivering bespoke courses training courses for companies and organisations.
